By accessing herpindia.in or subscribing to H-ERP software services, healthcare institutions agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions and any applicable service agreements.

2. Software License & Usage

H-ERP provides a non-exclusive, non-transferable subscription license to use the Hospital ERP platform for internal hospital management, billing, patient records, laboratory and pharmacy operations.

3. Client Responsibilities

Hospitals and healthcare organizations are responsible for maintaining accurate employee account permissions, securing login credentials, and ensuring authorized personnel use the ERP software in compliance with local healthcare regulations.

5. Modifications & Updates
